Cadillac did not use the “A” designation in 1903. However, later Cadillac publications combined references to 1903 “Cadillac” and “1904 Model A”. Model A is a single cylinder car with two front springs and angle steel frame.
Model B introduced – same as Model A except pressed steel frame and axles. Single transverse half-elliptic front spring. Horsepower rating upped to 8.25. Traditional front radiator in 1905 models.
Model D introduced as a 4-cylinder, five passenger touring with side entrance tonneau doors. Wood body and running boards. Aluminum dash, with lubricator and fuel tank with gravity feed to mixer. A storage fuel tank at rear of chassis with fuel transfer to front tank by exhaust pressure. Models E and F are one cylinder cars but not distinct models. E is a runabout and Model F indicated other body styles.
Models H Model K updated One cylinder. All 1906 one-cylinder car bodies now Victoria style.Model M has 2.0″ longer wheelbase. Model H, M and L are 4 cylinder models, based on 1905 Model D.
